A friend of Michele's dropped by today and gave us a goose to eat. Michele is going to prepare the duck for cooking and we shall see what northern duck taste like. Caribou, bear, duck oh my.The sun has come out finally. The temperature here has been hovering around the 0C mark last couple of days. We'll see about going for a walk after supper. It doesn't get dark until 11:00 pm so we should be out enjoying it.
Some children were out making snowmen in the wet snow. I even made a couple of snowballs in the unusually wet snow. Normally the snow is so dry that it has the consistency of dry powder.
